What is reverse osmosis?

Reverse Osmosis is a method of water purification which ensures the highest purity and best-tasting water available on the market today. Raw water is forced at very high pressures against a semi-permeable membrane which only allows the pure water molecules to pass through.

How do I clean my cooler?

Corpell's Water is 99.99% pure, so it will not leave a scale or residue inside your cooler. It is, however, good practice to sterilize your water cooler periodically, to ensure you'll maintain its' cleanliness.

I think my water cooler leaks.

Coolers normally do not start to leak on their own, unless they have been knocked over or damaged in some way. 99% of all leaking water coolers is caused by the last bottle placed on top, which may have a very small pin-sized hole. Water bottles that are not air-tight will cause a leaking water cooler every time. This can be verified by trying a different bottle on the water cooler.

My water cooler is not heating/cooling.
